THIS POSITION REQUIRES THREE 12-HOUR SHIFTS (THURSDAY, FRIDAY, AND SATURDAY FROM 8AM TO 8PM)

Position Overview:

Brisk Health™, a distinguished wellness organization based in Denver, Colorado, is on the lookout for a committed and skilled Integrative Nurse Practitioner to become a vital part of our wellness team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing patient-focused care that embraces a holistic perspective, highlighting the importance of harmonizing physical, mental, and emotional health.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Holistic Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive and patient-centered care, addressing the multifaceted aspects of health to promote overall wellness.

2. Collaborative Care: Work alongside a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including holistic practitioners, nutritionists, and mental health specialists, to ensure well-rounded and integrated patient care.

3. Thorough Assessments: Perform detailed evaluations to gain insights into patients' health statuses, lifestyles, and unique requirements, forming the foundation for tailored holistic care strategies.

4. Integrative Therapies: Utilize holistic treatment modalities in patient care, such as mindfulness practices, nutritional guidance, and alternative therapies, to improve health outcomes.

5. Patient Education: Inform patients about holistic health concepts, empowering them to engage actively in their wellness journeys and make educated health choices.

6. Treatment Development: Create and execute personalized holistic treatment plans, collaborating with patients to establish realistic health objectives and track their progress.

7. Record Keeping: Ensure meticulous and thorough documentation of patient records, adhering to healthcare regulations and confidentiality protocols.

8. Community Involvement: Engage in community health initiatives, workshops, and educational activities to advocate for holistic health and wellness.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with certification as a Nurse Practitioner.

2. Licensure: Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Colorado.

3. Holistic Certification: Additional training or certification in holistic health practices is highly preferred.

4. Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, focusing on holistic patient care.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering trust and rapport with patients.

6. Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, valuing diverse perspectives from various wellness disciplines.
