Job Description

We are a reputable real estate brokerage, Chris Gurnee Realty, serving clients in the area. We're seeking a skilled Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc., ensuring a timely process.
  • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets, resulting in increased sales.
  • Promptly respond to buyer client inquiries to uphold our agency's standards of client service.
  • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties to knowledgeably answer clients' questions.
  • Coordinate with clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis.
  • Help clients determine the best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved.
  • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to closing to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Refine buyer's criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision.
  • Ability to spend a lot of time driving.
  • Present yourself in a professional manner.
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
  • Professional in attitude and appearance.
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job.
