About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Product Manager to join our Databricks SaaS team. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering our cloud data platform products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and customer adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure product success.
  • Define and prioritize product roadmaps, features, and requirements.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback to inform product development.
  • Drive launches and product marketing initiatives to promote our products.
  • Measure and analyze product performance using data-driven metrics.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise or SaaS products.
  • Educational or professional background in computer science or related engineering fields.
  • Ability to partner with senior technical leaders and communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Track record of delivering products with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
