  • Conduct thorough research and resolve reconciliation discrepancies on a daily basis, necessitating regular communication with custodial banks and internal settlement teams.
  • Compile and disseminate month-end accounting and performance reports according to client-specific guidelines for the assigned portfolio within the first week following month-end.
  • Oversee the operational components of new account initiation, which includes configuring account attributes in the portfolio accounting system, establishing data feed connections to custodians, and confirming funding status.
  • Maintain transaction and position accuracy in records (Advent APX) in alignment with client custodial records, as well as with OMS (Charles River) and pertinent reference data (Bloomberg, etc.).
  • Manage essential processes for various operational activities throughout the account lifecycle, including contributions, withdrawals, audit requests, and account closures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in back and middle office operations within the financial sector, ideally in Asset Management.
  • Solid technical knowledge of investment markets, securities, and investment systems.
  • Hands-on experience with a portfolio accounting system, preferably Advent.
  • Strong computer skills with proven proficiency in various software applications. Familiarity with Bloomberg, Charles River, Advent Portfolio Exchange, and Salesforce is advantageous.
