As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our club facilities, while also providing exceptional member service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure that all club facilities are clean and well-maintained, including the gym, locker rooms, and common areas.
- Member Service: Provide exceptional service to our members, including checking them in, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with team members, management, and members to ensure a positive and welcoming environment.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Custodial Experience: Previous experience in custodial or maintenance work is highly desirable.
- Physical Demands: The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform other physical tasks as required.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to speak, read, and write effectively.
- Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
