Core Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients, addressing their physical, emotional, and discharge planning needs.
- Develop and execute individualized care plans, including the administration of medications and clinical interventions.
- Effectively document and communicate patient statuses to the healthcare team.
- Support patients with daily living activities and provide essential education to both patients and their families.
- Work in conjunction with various healthcare disciplines to guarantee holistic patient care.
- Champion the physical and emotional health of patients.
- Oversee and assign tasks to support staff.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

- Valid RN license and Basic Life Support certification are mandatory.
