Direct Support Professional Opportunity

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is seeking dedicated and reliable Direct Support Professionals to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals in developing and maintaining skills to improve their daily-living and social skills.
  • Engage in activities with individuals to promote independence and participation in community life.
  • Maintain annual 24-hour training requirements to ensure expertise in supporting individuals with diverse needs.
Requirements:
  • Must be compassionate and willing to care for the well-being of others.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
  • Willingness to comply with required policies, standards, and regulations.
  • Ability to complete background checks and maintain a valid Driver's License, registration, and car insurance.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to accommodate individual assignments and work arrangements.

  • Flexible work hours Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 6 PM, with no full-time hours or weekend shifts.
