- Vital Sign Monitoring and Record Keeping: Monitor residents' vital signs and maintain accurate records, contributing to their overall comfort and wellbeing.
- Guidance and Coaching: Provide guidance and coaching to fellow staff members when needed, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Catheter Care and Sample Collection: Collect samples and oversee catheter care, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
- Current LPN License: Possess a current and unencumbered Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) License.
- First Aid and CPR Certification: Maintain up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing: One or more years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care setting is preferred.
