We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Tuscany Village Nursing Center in Oklahoma City, OK. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care in a customer-service-friendly environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices consistent with licensure requirements and the Nurse Practice Act.
  • Evaluate staffing patterns needed to meet the needs of residents in conjunction with the Director of Nursing.
  • Administer medication/treatments as prescribed.
  • Receive, transcribe, and implement physician's orders.
  • Implement and evaluate care plans.
  • Identify/secures equipment supplies and direct/oversee in-duty assignments.
  • Organize/coordinate subordinates, job tasks, and time allotments.
  • Oversee/monitor function and activities of subordinate staff.
  • Evaluate staff performance and institute appropriate action discipline/training.
  • Monitor infection control compliance.
  • Investigate/documents accidents/incidents.

Requirements:

  • Current, valid licensure as a RN required.
  • Experience in long-term healthcare preferred.
  • Management/Supervisory experience required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed.
  • Strong written and verbal skills required.
