Job Summary:
CivicMinds, Inc is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and participating in departmental in-services to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in nursing practice.
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for completing orientation and hospital-wide and department-specific CBL's to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional patient care. You will also participate in departmental in-services and demonstrate competency by completing service-specific competency testing and evaluation. Continuing education programs will be offered to enhance your knowledge and skills in patient care and foster a performance improvement environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care based on scientific principles and intelligent professional judgment.
- Recognize the need for adjustment and flexibility in nursing care functions to maintain quality care in all situations.
- Accept and constructively utilize supervision to improve patient care.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with individuals and families.
