  • Responding to campus crises situations to enhance public safety and minimize infrastructure damage, demonstrating your ability to think critically and act quickly in high-pressure situations.

**Requirements**

  • Must complete onboarding training or be enrolled in a program within 90 days of hire.
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand English to effectively communicate and understand others.
  • Basic math skills and good work organization to manage tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Ability to learn and use powered and non-powered floor care equipment, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.
  • Ability to work well with others and work in a team environment, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
  • Ability to learn and follow safety procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment as required, to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry 25 to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally, to perform tasks and duties as required.
  • Ability to work outdoors 10% of the time in temperatures below 32 degrees and above 90 degrees, demonstrating your adaptability and resilience in various weather conditions.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • One year of general work experience, demonstrating your ability to learn and adapt to new roles and responsibilities.
  • A valid US or Canadian Driver's License, allowing you to transport equipment and supplies as needed.
