We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our Accelerator Program, a comprehensive trainee experience designed to equip you with the skills and competencies necessary to excel in selling Individual Insurance products and building a sustainable, holistic financial practice.
About the RoleThe Financial Representative Trainee will participate in a dynamic program that includes self-study, hands-on projects, and experienced mentorship. You will develop the skills required to provide holistic financial advice to clients, gain valuable direct sales experience, and cultivate prospecting skills such as research, targeting, networking, communication, and more.
In this role, you will also oversee completion of content, proposals, and paperwork flow throughout the field and Home Office, ensuring a seamless application and underwriting process.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, demonstrating expertise in their features and benefits.
- Pursue and obtain required insurance licenses prior to starting the job, with up to two attempts allowed for the Life and Health exam.
- Pass the CRD/FINRA background check at hire and ongoing, with securities licensing required within 24 months of entry into the program.
- Travel up to 50% of the time, hold and maintain a valid U.S. driver's license, and have access to reliable transportation for meetings and appointments.
We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated $45,600 annual base plus unlimited monthly sales incentive, after successful completion of the trainee period and promotion to a Financial Representative. Additionally, you will receive a $1,000 bonus upon successful completion of the trainee period and promotion.
A comprehensive education-based Accelerator Program designed to successfully transition you to an independent Financial Advisor is included in our package. You will also benefit from:
- A 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- 11 paid holidays in 2025, including 2 floating holidays added to your prorated personal time.
- Sick leave through the use of personal time.
To be considered for this role, you must not now, nor at any point in the future, require sponsorship for employment. A high level of self-motivation and results-oriented work ethic is essential, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred but not required. Knowledge of the Insurance/Financial Services industry, products, and marketing practices is a plus.
