  • Transport food from the expo line to dining areas using proper techniques.
  • Serve drinks and bread to patrons.
  • Complete the designated number of rolled silverware as instructed by management.
  • Engage with guests and team members to communicate specials and promotions.
  • Perform regular checks on restrooms and replenish supplies as necessary.
  • Conduct light cleaning duties, including mopping and sanitizing.
  • Assist with various tasks as assigned by management, such as disposing of trash, stocking plates, and refilling ice.
  • Support bar operations as needed, including washing and restocking glassware.
Qualifications:
  • No prior experience or education is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
Supervision:
  • Reports directly to the Manager on duty.
Performance Expectations:
  • Must exhibit high energy levels.
  • Demonstrate a selfless attitude as a team player, capable of managing competing demands.
  • Comply with established Appearance Standards.
Work Environment:
  • Requires constant walking and standing.
  • Involves frequent reaching, bending, and wiping.
  • Must be able to lift and carry loaded bus tubs, service trays, and glass racks weighing up to 40 pounds multiple times per shift.
  • May require navigating stairs depending on the location.
Training:
  • Must successfully complete required training, including safety, systems, and menu knowledge, as well as passing alcohol certification (ServSafe) within the first 60 days of employment.
