The Laurels of Hamilton is seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Care Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of nursing care to our guests, as well as supervising and developing a team of healthcare professionals.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role:
The Nursing Care Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating the delivery of nursing care to our guests. This includes assessing the health of guests, developing individualized care plans, and implementing new orders from physicians. Additionally, you will supervise and develop a team of LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate the health of guests, including monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to physicians.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on guest needs and preferences.
- Supervise and develop a team of LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a current RN licensure in the state and 2-5 years of experience in a long-term care setting. You should also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
