Home Health Sales Opportunity

Interim HealthCare, a leading provider of home care services, is seeking a skilled Home Health Sales professional to join our team in the Medical Center. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, physician office staff, hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, trust officers, attorneys, and financial planners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Medical Center and Houston Metro area.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Track leads and conversions, and provide regular sales reports.
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and credibility with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of previous home health sales experience.
  • Strong referral sources in the Medical Center and Houston Metro area.
  • Proven successful sales experience, meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Results-driven with accountability for tracking leads and conversions.
  • Proficiency in the use of personal computers, including Microsoft Office.
