As a Receiving Operations Specialist, you will be integral to the store's daily receiving activities. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming shipments, ensuring adherence to established procedures, and upholding product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and validate incoming H-E-B and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) shipments
  • Supervise warehousing activities and ensure compliance with operational standards
  • Examine packages and confirm code dates for incoming merchandise
  • Make informed decisions based on established protocols and criteria
  • Communicate stock conditions with vendors and ensure adherence to standards
  • Verify accuracy of incoming invoices and manage outgoing credits
  • Maintain organized documentation and manage the returns process
  • Adhere to safety protocols and foster positive relations with partners and vendors

Qualifications:
- Minimum age requirement of 18

  • Completion of Company Orientation and necessary certifications

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and H-E-B systems

  • Strong initiative and capability to handle heavy loads
