Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote and onsite support for a variety of systems, including servers, SQL, and communication protocols.
  • Assist with design, implementation, administration, and support of DCS and industrial control systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PLCs, DCS, and Industrial control equipment and communication protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems with business processes.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures for IT systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Natural Gas Plant DCS/Control Systems Software & Hardware, PLCs, Instrumentation and Electrical systems, and/or similar Industrial Control Systems.
  • Experience with remote and onsite technical support for DCS, SCADA, HMI Automation, PLC programming, automated valves, tuning PID loops, natural gas and production facilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; self-motivated, able to adapt and work well in a dynamic environment.
  • Able to travel up to 25% (domestic).
