Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience demonstrating the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Experience in forming strategic partnerships across diverse domains.
  • Strong skills in assessment, prioritization, and analysis.
  • Proven project management experience with a comprehensive approach.
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau, or Adobe Analytics.
  • Technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency for data extraction and segmentation from data warehouses.
  • Familiarity with data query and processing tools/systems, including relational databases, NoSQL, and stream processing.
  • Knowledge of AWS services, including Redshift and Athena.
  • Understanding of data modeling and schema design, with proficiency in analytical tools such as Python, R, or PyCharm.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong critical thinking, creativity, and comprehensive analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to both executives and non-technical stakeholders.
  • High professionalism, passion, strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to quickly understand instrumentation, clickstream data, data architecture, and complex business system interactions.
