Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Regional Banking Team in the North Region. As a Regional Banker, you will be responsible for building relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with customers through a consultative sales approach
  • Utilize relationship building skills to create customer loyalty
  • Apply product knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems
  • Educate customers on ways to utilize technology in branch, online, or mobile
  • Utilize sound decision-making skills while balancing customer service and financial loss
  • Adhere to all established branch operational processes and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • College degree required, or a minimum of one year demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in financial services or retail industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor
  • Ability to travel as needed to training
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle required
  • Candidates being considered will be subject to additional background checks as required by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency
