The Facilities Operations Supervisor is tasked with overseeing all engineering and maintenance personnel during the designated shift.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads the Engineering team, ensuring proper scheduling to maintain adequate staffing levels.
- Manages all facets of maintenance operations, including refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, and electrical systems.
- Ensures optimal performance, efficiency, and safety of all equipment.
- Guarantees adherence to all policies, standards, and procedures set forth by the Facilities department.
- Responsible for procuring new equipment, supplies, and furnishings as needed.
- Advises on or coordinates additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, and equipment replacement.
- Keeps precise logs and records as required.
- Must be flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Maintains a professional and tidy appearance at all times, utilizing appropriate attire to uphold cleanliness standards.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of several years in Facilities Management, ideally within the hospitality or gaming sectors.
CERTIFICATIONS:
Must be eligible to obtain and retain a Missouri Level II Gaming License, which will be facilitated by Mark Twain Casino.
