Physical Therapist Specialist

As a Physical Therapist at JAG Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for creating effective treatment plans that promote recovery and enhance functional independence. This involves assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses to develop tailored interventions in a supportive environment.
The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking Physical Therapist who excels at devising creative treatment plans and providing positive encouragement to patients to achieve their goals. They must also maintain patient confidentiality and operate in a high-energy, positive-thinking environment.
You will work as a team member and individually with minimal supervision, maintaining a positive, professional demeanor at all times. Your strong clinical decision-making skills and excellent oral and written communication will enable you to effectively interact with patients, support staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctorate degree preferred. You must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state where you practice and have completed state-regulated CEU requirements. Experience with EMR software is also desirable.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, plus up to $2,500 relocation bonus, quarterly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage, HSA options, and life insurance. Job Responsibilities
- Collects and records patient care data that follows format and guidelines of the patient care service, regulatory agencies, and third-party payers.
- Prepares for evaluations in accordance with department policies/procedures and standards of practice, obtaining patient history, exhibiting knowledge of patient diagnoses, and researching unfamiliar diagnoses.
- Selects and administers tests and measures, synthesizing evaluation results to formulate diagnosis, goals, prognosis, and plan of care.
- Establishes treatment plans based on evaluation results, goals, and best practices, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and patient support systems.
