Civil & Environmental Consultants is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our environmental engineering projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing current clients and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project teams providing environmental services to clients, including environmental assessments, subsurface investigations, soil and water remediation projects, and environmental permitting and compliance.
- Provide senior direction on projects for real estate, manufacturing, public sector, oil and gas, power, and waste management clients.
- Develop proposals and project budgets, ensuring compliance with company safety policies.
- Manage technical staff, project financials, and subcontractors.
- Perform quality assurance duties and project-related administrative tasks.
- Drive business development efforts and interact with clients, contractors, laboratories, and government officials.
- 15+ years' experience in environmental consulting, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Management.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in PA and other appropriate state(s) or ability to obtain.
- Thorough understanding of state and federal environmental regulations.
- Experience managing multiple projects, budgeting, and performing cost control.
- Experience supervising technical staff and participating in client- and professional development-based organizations.
- Established clients/contacts in the Real Estate, Oil & Gas, Mining, Power, Public Sector, Waste Management, and/or Manufacturing markets.
- Demonstrated business development and client management experience.
