YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES AS KITCHEN MANAGER

In the role of Kitchen Manager, you will oversee the daily kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service from breakfast through dinner. You will lead and mentor a committed team of culinary professionals, manage inventory, and develop innovative menu concepts. Your proficiency in food costing and procurement will guarantee we are always well-prepared, while your leadership will maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing a full-service kitchen
  • Proficient in food costing, inventory management, and ordering processes
  • Strong leadership abilities and capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in a corporate kitchen setting

WORK SCHEDULE
