As a Cage and Vault Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of the Cage and Vault. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising all activities related to the Cage and Vault
  • Addressing and resolving customer and employee disputes
  • Ensuring adherence to regulations and internal controls within the cashier cage
  • Training and mentoring staff members
  • Being accountable for all variances in the Cage and Vault
  • Maintaining accuracy in paperwork and resolving any discrepancies
  • Facilitating timely bank deposits of revenues
  • Upholding a high standard of customer service
  • Possessing a high school diploma or GED along with strong mathematical abilities
  • Demonstrating the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Meeting physical demands, including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and tolerate a smoke-filled environment
