Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of carpenters and laborers on-site, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and adherence to safety regulations.
- Plan and oversee remodeling projects in collaboration with the Project Manager, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
- Inspect and manage site preparation, reporting any issues or concerns to the Project Manager.
- Troubleshoot and resolve construction challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors and in-house service teams, maintaining quality control across all projects.
- Manage project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
- Document all aspects of the project meticulously according to company guidelines, including photo documentation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a carpenter, with at least 1 year in a lead carpentry role or similar position.
- Expert-level understanding of carpentry techniques, construction methods, and installation practices.
- Proficiency in using various electrical and manual equipment, as well as measurement tools.
- Strong mathematical skills for calculating measurements in all units.
- Ability to perform prolonged periods of physical activity and manual labor.
- Familiarity with basic project management software and documentation tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
