Key Qualifications\\p\Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field is required. At least 3 years of experience in recruiting and program management, preferably in an educational or nonprofit setting, is also necessary. Strong understanding of recruitment practices and employment laws is expected. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also required.\\p\Demonstrated ability to build and maintain partnerships with diverse stakeholders is also expected. Experience managing youth programs or internships is highly desirable. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software is also necessary.\\p\Strong organizational and time management skills are also required. Passion for education, digital literacy, and STEAM subjects is also expected. Hands-on experience with various selection processes like phone, video, and in-person interviews and reference checks is also necessary.\\p\Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g., structured, competency-based, and behavioral) is also required. Familiarity with HR databases, applicant-tracking systems, and candidate-management systems is also expected.\\p\Ability to prioritize and complete projects by deadline, meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, excellent interpersonal skills, critical-thinking skills, professionalism, and problem-solving skills are also necessary. Sound judgment, effective collaborator and team player, proven multitasker are also required.
