About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Lupi & Iris, a fine dining restaurant in Milwaukee, WI. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare ingredients and cook a variety of dishes to meet our high standards of presentation and taste.
  • Work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Develop your culinary skills and knowledge by working alongside experienced chefs and learning new techniques.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Line Cook in a fine dining restaurant.
  • Strong foundation in culinary techniques and a genuine passion for cooking.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and equipment, including knives, mixers, grills, and ovens.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
