Job Title: Instructor Facilitator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Instructor Facilitator to join our team. As an Instructor Facilitator, you will be responsible for leading educational programs and workshops, developing curriculum, and providing exceptional customer service to our participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver educational programs and workshops on various topics related to environmental conservation and wildlife management.
  • Design and implement curriculum for educational programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to participants, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement educational programs, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in environmental conservation and wildlife management, applying this knowledge to improve educational programs and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, biology, ecology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in environmental conservation, wildlife management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to develop and deliver educational programs, with a focus on adult learning principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in environmental science, biology, ecology, or a related field.
  • Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional strategies.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including underserved communities.
