Mass General Brigham Home Care is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in their place of residence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of patients with impairments, cognitive, and/or physical disabilities.
- Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate services and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Manage technical, environmental, and financial resources to ensure effective delivery of care.
- Two years of experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or home care as an Occupational Therapist.
- Registered with the Board of Registration in Massachusetts.
- Ability to work with various computer software and knowledge of hand-held patient care computer devices preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
- Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing situations.
