Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lead Housekpeeing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing and leading teams in light housekeeping, heavy housekeeping, and laundry aide duties across varying shifts.
  • Leading staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions; ensuring timely completion of projects and programs.
  • Maintaining records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment while using HCSG computer software.
  • Acting as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff; communicating directives effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Two years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision preferred.
  • A positive attitude and effective communication skills.
  • The ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
