Key Position Details- This position includes a $7,500 signing bonus for external talent.
- Meet one of our Radiologic Technologists: Allina Health Rad Tech.
As a Radiologic Technologist, you will perform technical and diagnostic imaging functions under the direction of a provider or radiologist. Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing procedures in compliance with physician orders, regulatory requirements, and department guidelines.
- Rooming patients and managing patient flow.
- Identifying patients with two identifiers.
- Documenting all necessary aspects of the procedure.
- Observing and communicating with patients, responding to their needs.
- Maintaining a safe patient environment in the procedure area.
- Performing dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) scans.
You will work in an outpatient clinic setting, interacting with patients to welcome, explain, and respond to their questions and concerns during and following the procedure.
Requirements- Vocational or technical training graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Registered Technologist - The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required upon hire.
- BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource required upon hire.
