Executive Team Coordinator

As a key member of our team, the Executive Team Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the executive team in achieving their goals. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Operations:
- Manage and organize digital and physical files to ensure easy access and security of confidential information.
- Handle personal tasks and errands for executives, including event planning, gift purchasing, and other administrative needs.
- HR and Onboarding Support:
- Support onboarding of new hires by coordinating meetings and ensuring executives are prepared for introductions.
- Assist in creating or maintaining company policies and team culture initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the construction or related industry.
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, unlimited PTO, and continuing education opportunities.
