As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to residential clients, ensuring their appliances are repaired and functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and Repair Appliances: Accurately diagnose and repair a variety of residential appliances in the customer's home, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Time Management: Utilize effective time management skills to schedule calls and complete daily assigned tasks, meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate with customers, providing estimates and explanations of the repair, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the company vehicle, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and ready for use.
  • Safety and Compliance: Obey all state and local traffic laws, ensuring a safe working environment and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Teamwork: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, management, and the general public, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain regular and consistent attendance, punctuality, and professional appearance, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
