Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service:
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Manage and process custom print orders, including revisions, to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
    • Address customer issues effectively, handling returns, exchanges, and general inquiries with professionalism.
    • Maintain clear and effective communication to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • E-Commerce Management:
    • Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon, eBay, and other e-commerce platforms.
