Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the Operating Room, adhering to the highest standards of nursing practice and evidence-based guidelines.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care delivery.
- Develop and evaluate standards of care for patients, utilizing evidence-based research to identify strategies for improving nursing practice and patient outcomes.
- Participate in and use evidence-based research to identify strategies for improving nursing practice and patient outcomes.
- Consider factors related to safety, effectiveness, and cost in planning and delivering patient care, utilizing all resources effectively and efficiently.
- Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing, with a BSN required within 60 months of hire date or 10 years of Registered Nurse Experience.
- More than 10 months of med-surg or acute specialty setting experience.
- 1 year RN experience for all Float Positions.
- Registered Nurse (RN) State And/Or Compact State Licensure, with licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Arizona.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification in BLS training course C, and unit specific certification as required by specialty area DOP.
