Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Bar Louie. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Learn and master our menu, including food and drink options, to provide expert recommendations to guests.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of mixology techniques, including unique recipes, free pouring, and flair.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking and ordering supplies.
• Complete side work, including bussing, sanitizing, and washing glassware.
• Follow all policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and handling.
• Provide accurate availability and maintain consistent attendance.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of bartending experience required for external hires.
• Internal candidates will undergo specialized training.
• Demonstrated hospitality and customer experience skills required.

Physical Requirements

Team members must be able to perform the duties of the gastrobar location, including lifting up to 10 pounds constantly and up to 50 pounds as required. They must also be able to stand and walk for extended periods, work in hot or cold environments, and frequently wash their hands and sanitize their work area.
