Bartender - Bolingbrook

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Bar Louie. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and guest safety
• Learn and master our menu, including food and drink options, to provide expert recommendations to guests
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of mixology techniques, including unique recipes, free pouring, and flair
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies
• Complete side work, including bussing, sanitizing, and washing glassware
• Follow all policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and handling
• Provide accurate availability and maintain consistent attendance

Requirements

• 2-3 years of bartending experience, with a strong background in mixology and customer service
• Demonstrated hospitality and customer experience skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and multitasking
• Physical ability to lift up to 10 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks
