About the Role

V2X is seeking a highly skilled Custodial Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing personnel in a secure environment, developing and implementing schedules, and ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and maintenance in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Personnel in a Secure Environment: Oversee the daily activities of custodial staff in a sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF) and ensure that all personnel are aware of and adhere to security protocols.
  • Develop and Implement Schedules: Create and manage schedules for custodial staff to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
  • Ensure High Levels of Cleanliness and Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Experience in Data Center Cleaning: Possess experience in cleaning and maintaining data centers, including the use of specialized equipment and cleaning solutions.
Requirements
  • Custodial Experience: Possess at least five years of experience in custodial services, including experience in managing a team of custodial staff.
  • Security Clearance: Hold a current Top Secret security clearance.
