About the Role:
Hiawatha HomeCare is looking for compassionate nurses to deliver personalized 1:1 care for a pediatric client in a home environment.

Key Requirements:
  • Active RN or LPN license in Wisconsin is mandatory.
  • No prior experience is required; we are willing to train the right individual.
Position Overview:
  • Provide dedicated care for a pediatric client in their residence.
  • Options for full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available.
Compensation:
  • Registered Nurse (RN): $34.50 per hour
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Competitive hourly rate
Core Duties:
  • Deliver home care nursing services in line with the physician's care plan.
  • Offer guidance and support to the family of the client.
  • Communicate significant changes in the client's health status to the family, RN Clinical Manager, and physician.
  • Secure physician orders for any modifications in client care.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date care plan, including physician's orders and medication profiles.
  • Document care activities thoroughly and accurately during each shift.
