  • Provide Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on AV equipment operation and best practices.
  • Develop and Maintain Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for AV system configurations and processes.
  • Collaborate with IT Teams: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure AV systems align with overall technology strategy.
  • Manage Inventory and Procurement: Manage inventory of AV equipment and coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance.
  • Ensure Security and Compliance: Ensure AV systems comply with security protocols and accessibility standards.
  • Stay Current with Emerging Technologies: Stay current with emerging AV technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Audio Visual Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of AV technologies, including video conferencing, digital signal processing, and control systems.
  • Security Clearance: TS/SCI Clearance required and eligibility to obtain CI Poly.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and willingness to provide occasional after-hours support.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Certifications: CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification or equivalent.
  • Industry Experience: Experience with Crestron, Extron, or AMX control systems, or knowledge of acoustics and audio system design.
