Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Qdoba Restaurant Corporation. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in managing restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service and food quality, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and development of employees.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Develop and implement sales growth initiatives to drive profitable sales growth.
  • Partner with the restaurant manager to analyze operational and financial performance, identify trends, and implement action plans for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a positive work environment, focusing on employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Interact with guests and the community, responding to questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain brand image by ensuring restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
