About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead our team at Biscuitville. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a quick-service restaurant (QSR) and/or a full-service restaurant
  • Previous restaurant, retail, and/or hospitality experience required
  • Prior experience training, developing, and leading others required
  • Strong planning and organizing skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
