Job Overview


The Supervisory LPN will oversee the personal care, companionship, and skilled nursing services delivered by our direct care personnel.

This role involves assisting in the coordination of clinical services and ensuring that high-quality care is consistently provided to our clients.

Key responsibilities include conducting in-home assessments to evaluate clients' support and clinical needs, as well as performing scheduled supervisory visits to clients' residences.


Minimum Requirements
A valid LPN license in the state of service

Experience with individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred

A valid driver's license

Access to reliable and insured transportation

Willingness to travel within surrounding counties
