The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of road construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Site Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of foremen, laborers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
  • Customer Service: Establish and maintain open lines of communication with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Safety Management: Ensure a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:
