Children's Day Treatment Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Children's Day Treatment Therapist to join our team at Lorenz Clinic. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide intensive group psychological services to children aged 3-6, utilizing the Developmental Repair therapy model.
Working alongside psychiatry providers and family therapists, you will be part of a collaborative treatment team that prioritizes interprofessionalism and reflective practice. Our clinic is committed to excellence in psychological services and training, and we are looking for a therapist who shares our values and is passionate about delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical services in both in-home and in-office settings
- Lead trauma-focused early childhood day treatment teams
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Participate in regular case consultation, Grand Rounds, and other meetings
- Comply with clinic documentation standards and relevant statutes, licensing board rules, and codes of ethics
- Master's or doctoral degree in a mental health profession from an accredited academic program
- Full, independent, unrestricted licensure as a mental health professional in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC)
- At least one year of experience providing day treatment services (preferred)
- Prior experience with Developmental Repair, Reflective Supervision, Child Parent Psychotherapy, or Functional Family Therapy models (strongly preferred)
