Job Description

This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment to individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with clients, families, and other members of the therapy team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation of speech therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Provide direct therapy services to clients, including individual and group sessions.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other members of the therapy team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have an Associate's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field, as well as a valid Speech Language Pathologist Assistant license or certification in the state of California. Experience working in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
