Key Responsibilities:
As an Automotive Service Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing vehicles as directed by the Service Manager.
  • Execute repairs as detailed on the service order with precision and efficiency, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Identify the root cause of malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive diagnostic technologies, digital manuals, and reference materials
  • Ensure the workshop area is organized and clean, and account for dealership tools at all times
  • Conduct road tests on vehicles to verify quality of repairs
  • Adapt to rapidly evolving technologies in the automotive sector and diagnostics
Qualifications:
  • BMW/MINI Certification is preferred but not mandatory
  • At least 1 year of experience in a dealership or large facility
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to stay current through technical training and self-study of manuals and bulletins
