About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Calibration Specialist to join our team at Automotive Technology Experts (ATE). As a champion of quality and accuracy, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive fast and reliable automotive services.

Responsibilities
  • Perform vehicle diagnostics, calibrations, and programming to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle health analysis scans using factory and non-factory tooling.
  • Diagnose and correct customer vehicle concerns, explaining diagnoses in both verbal and written formats.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance their learning experience and provide support in diagnostics.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers to establish supply and demand in ATE Services.
  • Protect and maintain equipment and company-assigned vehicles.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of automotive experience, with a strong background in servicing and diagnosing all automotive systems.
  • Strong technological skills, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and other software.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Continuous learner seeking to develop new skills and expand knowledge for maximum career progression.
  • Ability to read and understand factory and non-factory service information, as well as vehicle wiring schematics.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
