Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate high-volume duplicating equipment, perform associated copying tasks, and operate high-volume document imaging equipment and related software.
  • Generate reports for digital printing, imaging, and mail systems in digital format.
  • Ship and receive product and supplies, sort, distribute, and handle incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, and apply necessary postage.
  • Provide copier maintenance and/or repair of customer site equipment.
  • Perform various building support functions related to meeting set Client and light maintenance.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field preferred.
  • Some related copy job experience is a plus.
Working Conditions:

Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level.

Work assignments are diversified, and some physical effort is required, which may involve long periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, climbing, or similar activities, as well as lifting or moving items weighing up to 50-55 lbs.

Moderate dexterity is required for regular application of basic skills, such as calculator, keyboard, hand tools, and eye/hand coordination.
