Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Hospitality Ambassador to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist service colleagues in completing pre-shift mise en place, including setting up the bar, preparing juices and garnishes, and stocking wines and other beverages.
  • Prepare fresh juices for each bar, cut garnishes, and create large format cocktails as needed.
  • Responsible for placing produce orders with the manager and ensuring that all ingredients are stocked and ready for service.
  • Assist with breakdown and cleanup of service areas, including polishing glasses, replacing wine selections, and storing liquor and other bar items.
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Run food orders as needed and assist servers on the floor to bus and clear tables.

Requirements:

  • Food Handlers Card required.
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to use a calculator.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Ability to solve problems and make rational decisions.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and its services and facilities.
  • Superior guest service abilities and a complete understanding of California serving guidelines.
